May 7, 14 and 21, 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Preparation for Childbirth: (A series of three classes - 2.5 hours each) This series is tailored to the expectant couple and is designed to provide childbirth education including instruction and information about the labor process, positioning and relaxation techniques, as well as pain management options. Other topics discussed include childbirth planning, birth induction (inductions), pregnancy complications, and postpartum depression and recovery.
